Your Account Information Only

  • Practice information for onboarding purposes

Important:

We do NOT store any patient details, medical records, or audiometry test results on our servers. All patient data remains securely encrypted and is only accessible to you.

Password & Security

Your security is paramount to us:

  • Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms
  • Your password is sent to you separately via email during onboarding
  • No one, including admins, can see your password - it is stored in an encrypted format
  • You can change your password anytime from your account settings
  • We never ask for your password via email or phone

Zero-Knowledge Architecture:

Your password and patient data are encrypted in such a way that even our system administrators cannot access them. Only you have access to your data.

How We Use Your Information

Your account details are used exclusively for:

  • Onboarding and setting up your workspace

When you use Audiology Plus to generate audiometry reports:

  • Reports are generated in real-time and delivered to you instantly
  • No patient names, test results, or medical information is saved
  • We only track that a report was generated (metadata only)
  • Your reports remain completely under your control
  • Download and store reports on your own secure systems

What We Track:

We only maintain a generation history log that shows when reports were created (timestamps and counts) for billing and usage tracking purposes. This log contains no patient information whatsoever.

Complete Privacy Guarantee: Your patient data never touches our servers. You generate, you download, you control.

Onboarding & Account Setup

During the onboarding process:

  • We collect your basic account information (name, email, practice details)
  • Your initial password is sent to you via a secure, separate email
  • This information is used solely for setting up your account and workspace
  • You can update or modify your details anytime in settings

Purpose of Data Collection:

Your details are saved only for onboarding purposes and to ensure you can access your account. This data is never shared with anyone, including administrators who manage the system.

You have the right to:

  • Access all your account information
